ほうじ茶粉末製剤

HOJICHA POWDER PREPARATION

1 | Add 1 teaspoon or 2 chashaku spoons of hojicha (~2g) into the chawan bowl. We highly recommend sifting the hojicha powder to remove any clumps.

2 | Pour 70ml (2.46fl oz) of hot water over the hojicha.

3 | Whisk the hojicha powder with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a rich foam covers the top.

4 | After whisking, add more water to create your desired consistency and drink immediately when the hojicha is fresh and covered with a foam top.

FOR A HOJICHA LATTE:
After whisking at step 3, pour the Hojicha mix over a cup with milk, with or without ice. Optional to add sweetener of choice. Stir well and enjoy!
