Soba Buckwheat Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of sobacha kernels
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or 1 tbsp of white vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp of sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

How to make:

  1. Firstly, add all ingredients to a large bowl or blender and mix together. If you like more texture, mix by hand until all ingredients are well blended. If you prefer a more smooth texture with a bit of grittiness, add all ingredients to a blender and mix until your desired consistency.
