Oat Milk Matcha Latte Recipe

If you’ve been searching for a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan matcha latte, you have come to the right place! After our event at WAGYU x Japan Food Town, we found that our creamy Oat Milk Matcha Latte was a crowd favorite. Oat milk’s sweetness and the rich umami in our Otome Matcha balances each other perfectly. Recently, we have been constantly drinking our oat milk matcha latte, so we’re sharing this recipe for you to enjoy as well.

Oat Milk Matcha Latte Recipe

Total Time: 3 minutes
Serving Size: 1 (~10 oz) serving of oat milk matcha latte


  • 1 teaspoon (3g) of matcha green tea
  • 50ml of water
  • 235ml of oat milk
  • Ice


  1. First, pour 50ml of freshly boiled water into a cup to cool the water until 176°F (80°C).
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha into a small bowl. One heaping teaspoon of matcha is roughly 3g.
  3. Sift the matcha into a matcha chawan bowl to avoid clumping. To speed up the sifting process, use a spoon and gently push the matcha through the sifter.
  4. Next, add the 50ml of hot water into the matcha bowl and whisk for roughly 1 minute, until foam covers the top.
  5. Then, pour 235ml of oat milk into a clean cup or mug of choice filled with ice.
  6. For a gradient effect, slowly pour the matcha on top.
  7. Stir and enjoy!
