Quite grassy and a bit too bitter for me. Perhaps the water temperature was too high.

This tea is refreshing and bright with a nice astringency. Love brewing a morning cup and getting my antioxidants everyday.

It’s a pretty good Sencha, good for roughly 2 brews. Seems like the tea leaves are very particular with water temperature and steeping time when brewing. I like to drink it in the morning. Its slightly more astringent for my liking.
