Sobacha buckwheat tea is made of organic roasted buckwheat. This herbal tea has a toasty aroma and nutty, sweet flavor which can be enjoyed hot or cold. In Japan, Sobacha is popular due to its impressive health benefits, such as regulating blood sugar levels and promoting good digestion. Since this is made from dattan soba 韃靼蕎麦, this Sobacha contains 100 times the amount of rutin compared to common buckwheat.

Sobacha is 100% caffeine-free, an excellent tea for drinking daily and at any time. Our Sobacha comes from Hokkaido, a prefecture known for maintaining top agricultural standards. Generally, this tea brews a golden yellow. After drinking, you can also eat the kernels or add them as a topping to your salads, rice, and desserts.
