How TO BREW Hojicha?

STEP 1


Add 1 tablespoon of hojicha into your teapot/kyusu and pour 8oz (1cup) of freshly boiled water. Steep for 1-2 minutes.

Brewing a teabag with kyusu:

Brew 1 teabag in freshly boiled water for 2 minutes. Enjoy!

STEP 2


Pour tea into each cup, alternating little by little until all cups are full with the same quantity and taste of the tea. Enjoy!

Remember to pour all the tea out of the teapot/kyusu to ensure optimal taste for the second brew. All of our teas can be steeped up to 3 times.
