This Genmai brown rice green tea uses award-winning Koshihikari rice blended with matcha. In fact, the brown rice is lightly roasted in high pressure with the sencha green tea leaves. Due to the roasting process, this genmaicha has a rich rice aroma and mellow taste with a smooth, lingering sweetness.

Genmaicha Matcha Yume is made with Sencha green tea and Japanese rice that has been soaked in water and then deeply roasted to create toasted rice. Often, some rice pops open during the roasting process, hence the white pieces in the tea that look similar to popcorn.
