黒豆茶の淹れ方
HOW TO BREW KUROMECHA
1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. Let cool very slightly — water close to 203°F (95°C) is ideal for bringing out the fragrance and flavor in Kuromamecha Yui.
2 | Pour water over the Kuromamecha.
3 | Steep for 5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to 2 times and you can eat the beans afterward.
Very nutty and aromatic beans. They brew into a rich and flavorful tea
Your kuromame tin refill arrived just in time for me to continue drinking tea. I am so happy to have finally found NO caffeine tea that I like.Having been raised in a traditional Japanese family I still like Japanese tea. I will interchange between my kuromame and my non caffeine genmaicha which just came in the mail. Thank you very much for this wonderful tea.
This tea smells strong in the package, but has a very mild flavor. It's nutty and I like to add a bit of sugar. I pour hot water over the beans in a steel basket in the cup. I drink it at night and eat the beans afterwards so I am at least snacking on something healthy before bed.
Taste good, healthy and no caffeine!
Very good, I prefer sobacha however.
