How TO BREW Sobacha?

Step 1

Add 1 tablespoon of sobacha in your teapot/kyusu and pour 8oz (1cup) of freshly boiled water to brew. Steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!

Step 2

Sobacha can be enjoyed hot or cold. If you want it chilled, brew in a pitcher and place it in the fridge to chill for a few hours or overnight.
