HOW TO BREW SOBACHA
1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. Recommended water temperature is 203°F (95°C), ideal for bringing out the fragrance and flavor in Sobacha.
2 | Pour water over the Sobacha Aiji Buckwheat Tea.
3 | Steep for 3-5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to two times, and you can eat the spent kernels afterward.

HOW TO BREW ICED SOBACHA
1 | In a Brew Bottle or pitcher, pour hot water close to 203°F (95°C) over the Sobacha.
2 | Steep in the fridge for 1 hour and enjoy!
