抹茶ラテの作り方
HOW TO MAKE MATCHA GREEN TEA LATTE
1 | First, pour 50ml of freshly boiled water into a cup to cool the water until 176°F (80°C), usually, ~1 minute wait.
2 | Add 1 tsp of matcha otome into a small bowl. Sift the matcha to avoid clumping. Gently push the matcha through the sifter with a spoon.
3 | Add the hot water into the matcha bowl and whisk in a 'W' motion for 1 minute, until foam covers the top.
Optional: Whisk in 1-2 tsp of sweetener of choice. We recommend a tsp of honey.
4 | Pour 235ml of milk into a clean cup or mug filled with ice.
5 | For a gradient effect, slowly pour the matcha on top.
6 | Stir well and enjoy!
Nice to be able to stock up! I go through the tin fairly quickly, so it was worth purchasing bulk. I've tried a handful of other matchas and this was the best flavor. I'm in winter mode right now, so just hot for now, but can't wait to make iced drinks once the warmer weather comes back.
