玉露の淹れ方

HOW TO BREW GYOKURO

1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled.

2 | Pour water into cups to warm the cup and cool down the water. You can also use a yuzamashi water cooler.

3 | Pour water over the tea leaves.

Recommended water temperature for Gyokuro is 122°F (50°C)-140°F (60°C). Try different brew times and temperatures to find your preference.

4 | Steep for 1.5-3 minutes. All of our teas can be steeped up to 3 times.

BREW GYOKURO ISSHIN FOR TWO

1 | Measure 2 teaspoons (6g) of Gyokuro Isshin and place the tea leaves into a kyusu or teapot (capacity of about 300ml).

2 | Heat filtered water until boiled, then cool it down to 122°F–140°F (50°C–60°C).

3 | Pour the cooled water gently over the tea leaves and let steep for 2 minutes.

4| Pour into two cups, alternating between them to ensure an even flavor.
