黒豆茶の淹れ方
HOW TO BREW KUROMECHA
1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. Let cool very slightly — water close to 203°F (95°C) is ideal for bringing out the fragrance and flavor in Kuromamecha Yui.
2 | Pour water over the Kuromamecha.
3 | Steep for 5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to 2 times and you can eat the beans afterward.
So pleased with the quality and taste!
Delicious tea in a lovely tin. So looking forward to the health benefits.
I like that it even is a tasty little snack when I’m done with the tea. My only gripe is is can’t get a second cup using the same beans and have any flavor to the water…
Black bean tea is said to support kidney health in traditional Chinese medicine, especially during the winter. I'm not particularly enthusiastic about it, but somehow I find myself drawn to it. I really enjoy brewing it with matcha powder and black beans together—it tastes especially good to me.
The first time I tried this tea, I thought it was too toasty. However, when I added milk and honey, it turned out to be a really delightful dessert tea. Over time I have grown accustomed to its taste and I can even drink it without honey, but I always add milk. It's also good for digestive issues, so I will consider purchasing again for that reason.
