抹茶ラテの作り方

HOW TO MAKE MATCHA GREEN TEA LATTE

1 | First, pour 50ml of freshly boiled water into a cup to cool the water until 176°F (80°C), usually, ~1 minute wait.

2 | Add 1 tsp of matcha otome into a small bowl. Sift the matcha to avoid clumping. Gently push the matcha through the sifter with a spoon.

3 | Add the hot water into the matcha bowl and whisk in a 'W' motion for 1 minute, until foam covers the top.

Optional: Whisk in 1-2 tsp of sweetener of choice. We recommend a tsp of honey.

4 | Pour 235ml of milk into a clean cup or mug filled with ice.

5 | For a gradient effect, slowly pour the matcha on top.

6 | Stir well and enjoy!

Good for Lattes and Food

If you want to bake with matcha or make a latte, this is the one in the Senbird lineup to use. The other two have a bit more delicate of a flavor that is hard to pick up with milk/honey, but this one can be tasted loud and clear 👍.
