At a Glance
Itsuki is an organic barley tea made from Rokujou barley, carefully roasted using a far-infrared method to bring out a deep, toasty aroma and naturally nutty earthiness. Cultivated and roasted by a family farm in Japan since 1874, this traditional mugicha offers a full-bodied, smoky flavor with warm, roasted notes and a comforting finish.
The name Itsuki (樹), meaning “tree” or “everlasting,” reflects the tea’s grounding and timeless nature. Naturally caffeine-free and zero calories, Mugicha Itsuki is perfect for all ages and any time of day. Each pouch includes 30 tea bags, with each bag brewing up to one liter of smooth, refreshing tea—ideal for sharing with family and friends.

This is going to be part of my morning routine. I wake up dehydrated most of the time, but this tea helps. It's pretty strong but I can keep adding water.
Senbird's barley tea is my standard go to. I usually cold brew it, it's packaged perfectly, I use 1 bag for 1 quart of water, leave it in the fridge over night and the next day it's ready to go! Convenient and delicious.
Delicious! Mujicha has a great toasty/ nutty flavor. I take it at the end of meals, at tea time, and in the evening. There's no caffeine, which is why it's great to drink it all day and all night. In addition to quench your thirst! it has wonderful benefits for the health. It's a herbal tea that I recommend :-)
I love Senbird's barley tea, I pretty much always have one steeping in my fridge. Great for hot summer days.
Very delicious tea and high quality. Was refreshing to drink and very hydration. Great after a meal also.
