BREWING SOBACHA
1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. Recommended water temperature is 203°F (95°C), ideal for bringing out the fragrance and flavor in Sobacha.
2 | Pour water over the sobacha.
3 | Steep for 3-5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to two times, and you can eat the spent kernels afterward.
黒豆茶の淹れ方
BREWING KUROMAMECHA
1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. Let cool very slightly — water close to 203°F (95°C) is ideal for bringing out the fragrance and flavor in Kuromamecha.
2 | Pour water over the Kuromamecha.
3 | Steep for 5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to 2 times and you can eat the beans afterward.
