HOW TO BREW SENCHA

1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled.

2 | Pour water into cups to warm the cup and cool down the water. You can also use a yuzamashi water cooler.

Recommended water temperature for Sencha is 176°F (80°C). The flavor will be lighter and sweeter when brewed at lower water temperatures such as 158°F (70°C). Try different brew times and temperatures to find your preference.

3 | When it reaches your desired temperature, pour water over the tea leaves. Steep for 1-1.5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to 3 times.

I absolutely love this green tea. It’s so hard to find green tea with Matcha that is not already packaged and tea bags. The price point is perfect. The flavor is good and I love the convenience. Please do not ever stop making this.

I know Green tea is excellent for health, but it's not my favorite. I wanted to find one that I enjoyed so I would drink it more often. This is the one! Delicious with a little honey, stepped for 1.5 minutes at 175 degrees in my Breville. I'm in my second container, and it's only been a few weeks. Excellent, clean, fresh, delicious healthful tea.

Love, love, love this tea. Smooth, balanced flavor, not overwhelming grassy and no bitter aftertaste. I usually steep three times. Now, I can never go back to the very ordinary Sencha that I had been drinking. Good tea isn't cheap and cheap tea isn't good.
