We especially like how well the spout pours. There is no run-back along the spout and one doesn’t have to worry about dribbling on the surrounding surfaces. The biggest drawback is the size. Its designed for 2 people max. Other than that, an amazing kyusu.

(verified owner) Submitted on:A beautiful teapot and a joy to use. I love how deep the color is. The built-in strainer is a life-saver. Holds about 320 ml (almost 11 oz) when completely filled. Pouring can be tricky however, as the lid doesn’t form a tight seal on the pot, and it is very easy to make a mess, especially with a full pot.

Submitted on:I got this as a gift for a tea-loving friend of mine. I love the deep blue color of this teapot and the size is just perfect. He used to be a tea-bag person but now drinks only loose leaf tea! This teapot has become a necessity for his daily morning tea practice.
