HOW TO BREW SOBACHA
1 | Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. Recommended water temperature is 203°F (95°C), ideal for bringing out the fragrance and flavor in Sobacha.
2 | Pour water over the Sobacha Aiji Buckwheat Tea.
3 | Steep for 3-5 minutes. This tea can be steeped up to two times, and you can eat the spent kernels afterward.

HOW TO BREW ICED SOBACHA
1 | In a Brew Bottle or pitcher, pour hot water close to 203°F (95°C) over the Sobacha.
2 | Steep in the fridge for 1 hour and enjoy!

Great balance of both the roasted rice tea and the mochi rice. My go-to item for daily use.
The whole family loves this tea (Genmaicha Tsukimi). We can have this with our dinner and be able to sleep at night. Good for the kids. We have to get the family sized.
