HOW TO MAKE MATCHA GREEN TEA LATTE

Serving size: 8-10oz cup. Adjust according to your preferences. If you like it bold, use more matcha.

2 | Add 1 tsp (2g) of matcha powder into a small bowl. Sift the matcha to avoid clumping.

3 | Add the hot water into the matcha and whisk in a 'W' motion for 1 minute, until foam covers the top.

4 | Pour 235ml of milk into a clean cup or mug filled with ice.
Optional: Add 1-2 tsp of liquid sweetener of choice.

5 | For a gradient effect, slowly pour the matcha on top. Stir well and enjoy!
