At a Glance
This Sencha green tea is named after the cherry blossom flower petals that bloom at the beginning of Spring. Hence, this sencha green tea is light and crisp with a refreshing, grassy taste. This Asamushi Sencha comes from the predominant Yabukita cultivar in Japan. Since it's lightly steamed, this sencha produces a light-bodied yellowish-green liquor.

Quite grassy and a bit too bitter for me. Perhaps the water temperature was too high
This tea is refreshing and bright with a nice astringency. Love brewing a morning cup and getting my antioxidants everyday.
It's a pretty good Sencha, good for roughly 2 brews. Seems like the tea leaves are very particular with water temperature and steeping time when brewing. I like to drink it in the morning. Its slightly more astringent for my liking.
