Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee on food items (items that are *strictly* food items and do not include additional accessories). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a food item within the 30 day window, return your product for a full refund.
For non-food items, we will only provide refunds for unused items returned in their original condition and packaging within the 30 day window.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. There is a $7.99 restocking fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your total. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@senbirdtea.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
