HOW TO PREPARE USUCHA MATCHA
| Pour freshly boiled water into a cup to cool down the water. You can also use a yuzamashi water cooler.
| Add 1 teaspoon or 2 chashaku spoons of matcha (~2g) into the chawan matcha bowl. We recommend sifting matcha to remove any clumps.
| Pour 70ml (2.46fl oz) of hot water over the matcha. Recommended water temperature for Matcha is 176°F (80°C).
| Whisk the matcha with a Chasen bamboo whisk in a "W" motion until a rich foam covers the top.
