How To Prepare Mugicha Barley Tea

Cold Brew Method:

Using a large pitcher or cold brew bottle, pour 1 liter or 1 quart of cold water over one tea packet of Mugicha Itsuki.

Then, let the package steep for 2 hours in the fridge.

Enjoy on your own, or shared with friends and family! We recommend steeping each tea packet of Mugicha no more than 2 times.
Hot Brew Method:

Heat 1 liter or 1 quart of water to around 203°F (95°C)

Add in 1 tea bag of Mugicha Itsuki, and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Depending on your taste preference, keep or remove the teabag.

Pour into your favorite cup, and enjoy on your own or shared with friends and family. We recommend steeping each tea bag of Mugicha no more than 2 times.
